Honey has been used centuries for massage in Russia, China and India for purification, healing of dysfunctional joints and chronic pain. Also considered "liquid gold" to the ancient Egyptians for beautification rituals and skin purification. In modern days honey is used by hospitals to help heal surgical scars, and by individuals for acne and sore muscles. Raw honey is a biologically active substance when massaged into the skin and absorbs toxins by pushing blood circulation. Why raw honey?
